Re-imagining of an existing approved scheme, this project modernises an existing pre-war house into an executive home comprising of five full size bedrooms, two living spaces, four-car accommodation and external resort style pool and lounging areas.

Borrowing from the built forms of the central Italian city of Assisi, the highly-textured render of a soft curved archway welcomes you as you enter the home.

The interior features verde marble tops, blonde timber flooring and creama-coloured travertine lined bathrooms giving a sense of warmth and 'home'.

Forward facing extensions are low in height and fine in detail, along with spilling rooftop planting serve to soften the bulk and built-form and ensure the pre-war house sits proud addressing the streetscape as it has for the last 80 + years.
