Re-imagining of an existing approved scheme, this project comprises of three new attached terrace-homes to the rear of a site containing an existing pre-war house.

Extremely generous ceiling heights to the front home are formed by mirroring the roof forms of the townhouses behind so to provide light-filled main living spaces.

Borrowing on the varied pitches roof forms of pre-war houses and providing articulation and lightness in façade materials coalesce in a built form that complements the predominate traditional streetscape without mimicry.

The scheme maximises development yield without compromising on quality or liveability for the future inhabitants.
